What is the shelf life of Ava & Rose Aroma's Wax Melts?
For optimal scent, we recommend using wax melts within one year of purchase. Make sure your wax melts are stored in a cool environment to prevent premature melting, and in a closed tin or sealed bag to retain freshness.
How strong are the scents?
Scent sensitivity varies greatly from person to person. We load our melts with the highest amount of fragrance oil possible because we want our scents to last longer and travel further.
Are your wax melts biodegradable?
Yes all of our are scented wax melts are proudly biodegradable.
DELIVERY
What couriers do you use?
After your order is packaged and dispatched we use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd tracked service. We also use Evri which can be also tracked.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We ship to the UK only!
Your order is shipped direct from avarosearomas and every item is made to order. Items will be posted within 5-7 business days ( you will recieve and estimated shipping time when your order is placed) All parcels are sent via Tracked 48 Via Royal Mail £3.49 or Evri Tracked with our standard postage starting from £2.69
Return & Exchange Policy
Orders over £25 will qualify for free delivery sent via Evri unless specified by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error-Your oder has already been sent and you would like a refund (lost) your order will be refunded but postage won't.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Where do I enter the promo code?
For manual codes, enter your code at checkout in the "Gift card or discount code" section. Several of our codes are automatic and will be applied automatically for you!
