As each batch of wax melts is hand-poured, slight variations in colour may occur. Due to the natural properties of wax, slight frosting may also appear. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

We aim to ship all direct orders within 5 working days. (Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)
We use Royal Mail 48 or Evri Tracked for all our shipments. You can select the shipping you want from the drop down menu at the checkout.
Tracking numbers are fulfilled and automatically updated, sent via email.
If you are waiting on a custom order, you will be informed of an approximate turnaround time at the time of purchasing. We do not start making orders until they are fully paid.
Gift Vouchers are emailed directly, within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns
Return & Exchange Policy
Orders over £25 will qualify for free delivery. Return & Exchange Policy Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Your order has already been sent and you would like a refund (lost) your order will be refunded but postage won't. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
